I vote for Japanese reduction in aid just because there are lots of inefficiencies in Japanese aid. So, the streamlining its aid benefit Japanese budget, aid efficiency, recipient country, and moral in global aid community. Actually, I could argue that less aid in quantity but with higher quality would bring Japan higher stance in international community. So, don't worry, David. mind your own business.
